		<description>Everyone here in Egypt honks.  Different honks symbolize different messages.  And, there are rules to honking here, too.  It's a very constructive method of communication amongst cars.  Don't laugh.  I don't drive (for fear I might run someone down), but I walk a lot, and ride a lot.  So, I get run off the road by a couple of toots, telling me, "coming through" or maybe "beware" or like a cyclist "on your left".  There is an art to this, and it shouldn't be dismissed as comical, since many people worldwide use this as a method of driving communication.</description>
