		<description>Can you please bring up the problem of high gas prices driving down fuel efficiency.  With the push for cap and trade and gas taxes, and the problems they cause economically, this is very important.

If a gas tax is to be effective, the problems causing this must be addressed first.  Otherwise it these options will be an embarrassing economic disaster.</description>
