(1) What to do with the previous car stock -- all those "classic" cars from the 90's and the antiques from the 80's and earlier. (2) The privacy lobby that is concerned about who is doing the driving & what is happening with that info. (3) The liability should there be a malfunction. (4) What to do for the recreational drivers who just love the feel of pavement (this is the camp I fall into, so long as I'm not staring at the rear bumper ahead of me).
