Via Good Magazine, the above image comes from architectural photographer Benny Chan, who will have a show called Traffic!, featuring large-scale overhead photographs of Southland freeway infrastructure at the Pasadena Museum of California, beginning May 31st.

    the gods will be pleased at our productive ways!

    good god we make a fine mess of this planet.

    Didn’t the dinasours go away because mother nature couldn’t handle them anymore… same will go for us…

    many red flags.

    Yet, we sit. Too addicted to this thing we call economic prosperity.
    Like a coke addict.

    That blue building in the cloverleaf? That’s the California Highway Patrol.

    That building was built just a few years ago…the station that used to be there should be familar if you were a fan of the “CHiPs” TV show in the late 1970s - that was the station that Ponch and Baker worked out of.
