		<description>I think it's not necessarily the type of driving, but who the drivers leaving the road are.  Intelligence is stongly correlated with income.  The slow (both in the mental and driving style senses) probably left the roads is greater numbers than the quick and intelligent.

The slow might not alway directly cause many fatal accidents, but create the environment/conditions that make them happen.</description>
