		<description>I can vouch for the part about children -- there are no rules prohibiting carrying passengers in the bed of a pickup in Arizona.

Legislation to prohibit passengers in the bed is perennially introduced but doesn't go anywhere.

I can't find the dog thing -- if somebody knows, please point it out...</description>
