		<description>What perhaps needs to be said about this, lest someone or some group finds yet another excuse for driving badly or God Forbid killing someone, is that the rules and infrastructure of our roads were designed with this DNA difference in mind. In other words, a family with what you are calling inferior-to-drive genes is already taken care for by laws. These were not made for some, but for all-- their makers were aware of variation.

We need to stop making excuses and start learning more solutions.</description>
