		<description>Black Friday is absurd.  I can't imagine anything I would want or any deal that would be THAT good to brave that madness (especially at 4 or 5 AM).  That's why I have the internet.  I can find deals online and never leave my couch or take off my slippers.  And I certainly don't have to brave nightmarish traffic conditions and crowded retail centers.</description>

		<description>Concerning the Slate article.  A similar device could also be usde for metering congestion and levying a road use tax accordingly.  I am surprised not to see more dicussion of a way of taxing the externality itself.</description>
