		<description>Reading the article I can see why people objected, setting precedents and all that. You're spot on that the area would be better off if the courtyards were not used for parking, imagine that courtyard with picnic tables and planters in it, acting as a permeable entrance from the sidewalk to the school rather then a bleak parking lot.</description>
