    Seems nonsensical, but it’s still funny. At 2 mph motorists still need to change lanes to exit– the R lane can’t hold ‘em all…

    Coming down the hill SB into the LA basin it is at least -as- funny to watch bumper-to-bumper traffic at 75 mph (posted 55) with motorists changing lanes every time the vehicle to their front slows 0.01 mph.
